Hayden Koda
Koda (they/them) is a nonbinary somatic practitioner, licensed massage therapist, and trauma-informed healer devoted to body-centered transformation. With a background spanning nearly a decade of hands-on practice and community facilitation, Koda’s approach weaves nervous system attunement, intentional touch, and emotional presence into deeply restorative experiences. Their work invites clients to reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, release stored tension, and rediscover safety, truth, and expression — regardless of background, identity, or journey. Drawing from a diverse foundation in modalities such as Thai, Tui Na, and Myofascial Release Massage, as well as movement-based healing and conflict transformation, Koda creates trauma-sensitive spaces where every emotion and story is welcome. Through gentle, grounded guidance, they help individuals and couples cultivate freedom, embodiment, and resilience — one breath, one body, and one truth at a time.
